Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire four-bedroom apartment, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the spacious living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Relax with the Smart TV featuring Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi, and full air-conditioning throughout the home.
You will also have access to the building’s shared facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, subject to house rules and building regulations. Common areas and elevators are available for your convenience, and the beach and promenade are just a short walk away for easy daily outings.

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, We kindly ask you to provide a copy of your passport via email.
Your passport will only serve the following purposes:
1-notify the building security to allow you in
2-register your stay with tourism authorities
The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.
If any card lost of the apartment, guest will pay 300 dirham penalty per card.
